Enrollment Options

At Rogers Public Schools, we understand that every student has unique educational needs and goals. To provide flexibility and support for diverse learning preferences, we offer four distinct enrollment options through our Rogers Virtual Learning program. Each track is designed to accommodate various student interests and schedules, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to thrive academically.

Enrollment Options

1. Step Ahead: This track is perfect for students who want to stay engaged in regular on-campus classes while also earning additional high school credits through a combination of onsite and virtual courses. It’s an ideal choice for those looking to accelerate their academic progress.

2. Hybrid: Designed for students who prefer a mix of virtual and onsite classes, the Hybrid track offers a balanced approach to learning. Students will benefit from the flexibility of online courses while maintaining a connection to their assigned campus for selected classes.

3. Career Focus: For students passionate about preparing for future careers, the Career Focus track combines core academic courses with specialized career programs. This option equips students with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their chosen career paths.

4. Virtual: The Virtual track is tailored for students who wish to complete all their courses online. This flexible option supports independent study and allows students to learn at their own pace through a comprehensive online platform.

Enrollment Process

1. Contact School: To begin the process, parent/guardian must contact the student's school to notify the administrator and counselors of interest in enrolling student in RVL.
2. Submit Enrollment Form: Next, the parent/guardian must complete and submit the online RVL Enrollment Form for new enrollment and/or transfer requests to RVL. 
3. Enrollment Notification: After reviewing the student enrollment form, RVL staff will contact parent/guardian to confirm enrollment in RVL and/or discuss beneficial placement options for the student.
4. RVL Course Schedule: Following enrollment confirmation, RVL staff will email the parent/guardian
   and student information about the student's class schedule and access to the online courses.
5. RVL Teacher/Staff Support: Next, RVL staff will email information about the RVL teacher and staff who are available to provide support for students and parents to help ensure student success completion of each course.
