Principal's Welcome

RVL Parents/Guardians, 

First and foremost, thank you for the opportunity to assist you in meeting your child's learning needs. We recognize and value your choice to choose the right educational setting for your family. We fully support our district’s vision for all children to experience and succeed with in-person learning. We also recognize that virtual learning is a viable and appropriate option for families. It is because of that belief that we take pride and integrity in the work we do at Rogers Virtual Learning. 

Our primary goal is to create a welcoming and supportive virtual learning environment where students are provided an innovative online curriculum, rooted in Arkansas standards, and supported by invested and highly qualified teachers. 

This is my 22nd year in public school education. My path to this role includes eight years of teaching in the classroom, ten years of service as a school counselor, and four years as an emerging administrator. This will be my fifth year working with Rogers Virtual Learning. I have a successful history of working with families with unique and sometimes challenging needs. I value relationships and communication with our students and their families. I know that makes the difference in breaking down barriers to a successful education. 

Virtual learning nurtures and deepens the role of the parent in their child’s education, allowing for more quality interaction and healthier relationships. From kindergarten to senior year, we look forward to working with you.
